Information You Provide
- Profile information: company name, address, contact details, tax identification numbers and logo that you enter in the application
- Client data: names, addresses and contact details of the clients you save
- Invoicing data: information related to invoices, product lines, amounts and dates
- Settings: your preferences and configuration choices within the application
Automatically Collected Information
- Subscription status: information related to your plan and payment status (processed by Apple)
- App usage: no analytics or diagnostic data is collected by Soft Invoice. The application contains no trackers or third-party data collection SDKs
3. Use of Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Provide the invoicing features of the application
- Sync your data via iCloud (if enabled)
- Manage your subscription status
- Provide customer support
- Improve features and user experience
4. Data Storage and Security
Local Storage
All your business data (invoices, clients, profiles) is stored locally on your device. We do not store any of your business data on our servers.
iCloud Sync
- If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account
- iCloud data is encrypted and governed by Apple's privacy policy
- We do not have access to your iCloud data

- Your data benefits from macOS built-in security protections (FileVault, sandboxing)
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- We follow industry-standard security practices
- No third party has access to your business information
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share any of your personal information with third parties, except in the following cases:
- Apple: for payment processing and subscription management via the App Store
- Legal obligations: if required by law or to protect our legal rights
The only data transfers are those you initiate yourself (PDF export, sending by email, etc.).

- Access: your data is directly accessible in the application at any time

7. Third-Party Services
Apple App Store and StoreKit
Subscription payments are processed by Apple, in accordance with Apple's privacy policy.
iCloud (optional)
Cloud sync is optional and entirely under your control, subject to Apple's iCloud privacy policy.
8. Children's Privacy
Soft Invoice is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Data Retention
- Your data remains on your device as long as you use the application
- iCloud data persists according to your iCloud settings
- Uninstalling the application removes local data
- Subscription history is retained by Apple in accordance with its own policies
10. International Users
Soft Invoice is designed for worldwide use. Your data remains on your device or in your iCloud account, depending on the region of your iCloud data center.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be published in the application and on our website. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
